dP has finally achieved a 1.0 release. After a six-month beta period, we're feeling pretty good about dP's robustness.
Even though this release has undergone a long testing cycle and there are no important remaining outstanding issues, there may yet be problems. Your comments and feedback are very much desired, particularly on these points: Bugs, crashes and erratic behaviour.
To report a bug, please list the steps required to reproduce it. Be specific!

Very likely caused by not getting the ZIP file downloaded correctly. Please try to download again. If that does not help, then maybe your archiving software does not support ZIP. Try using WinZip or 7-Zip..
We have added some tables which should clarify this. Some people use values as shown in the Crane Publication "Flow of Fluids through Valves, Fittings, and Pipe" but those are for steel pipe. There also exist values for smooth bore tubing and fittings.
Please mail us if you have some good references which we can use and add to dP.
This program is for Newton’ liquids only, like water, oil etc. as opposed to non-Newton’ liquids like margarine, ice-cream, cheese, toothpaste etc
One more thing to make the users life easy would be to give the option to input kinematic or absolute viscosities. Over on your side of the Atlantic ocean (Europe) most oils are specified using kinematic viscosity. Well, this is quite a bit of coding. We'll have to look in the details (that will most likely need more formula's) Possibly in a next version!
Only SI Units of Measure are being supported. We considered non-metric, but as our 'prime customers' are European users, we decided not to do this. It is quite a bit of coding and introduce risk of errors. The more users request this functionality the sooner it will trigger me to doing something. It's definitely on the list, but I make no promise of when we will release a V2.
The UK is getting metric: inch by inch, and the US is also getting metric: millimeter by millimeter
