Elefantin

The Dutch are famous for their seamanship. Also their is a rich history in shipbuilding. Once a year our shipyards open their gates and people are allowed to go backstage and peek in the world of ship building. I paid a visit to Damen in Hardinxveld-Giesendam and Merwede in Gorinchem.
